The parterre is made up of passages replicating popupular pedestrian routes of population Valasske Mezirici. Architectural expression is trying to be more temperate. Grey sklocementový lining is designed to calm space and not create a new landmark. Attracted to the atrium and use of multi-functional object, or just as a passageway to other parts of the city. The idea is to make the building a focal point for visitors. Town house, with three main functions (housing, offices, student dormitories) and commercial parterre with significant building of café-bookstore. It stands on the edge of the historic city center adjacent to the construction of 70's 20th century, where the historic core was disrupted by draft-change wheel. The vertical structure of the house is based on the close historical allotments.
